On TRE Waiver and Release

I understand that using a treadmill for the purpose of trying on shoes ("the Activity") involves risks. These risks include the possibility of tripping, falling, getting bruises, sprains, or other injuries, including serious injury or death.

Flashing Visual Content: I understand that the demo area includes screens displaying guided running content, which may contain bright, rapidly changing, or flashing lights. These visual effects may cause discomfort or adverse reactions in some individuals, including headaches, dizziness, disorientation, or, in rare cases, photosensitive responses such as seizures. I acknowledge these risks and agree to immediately stop the Activity if I experience any discomfort.

I confirm that I am participating in the Activity voluntarily. I am in good health and have no physical or medical conditions that should prevent me from safely using the treadmill. I freely accept and assume all risks associated with the Activity.

I agree to release, waive, and promise not to sue On Inc. ("On"), its affiliated companies, and all of their employees and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) for any injuries, losses, damages, or claims I may have, or that may arise, as a result of my participation in the Activity.

I also agree to protect and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims made against them by others resulting from my actions during the Activity.

I have read and understand this document. I know I am giving up substantial legal rights by signing it. I am signing this voluntarily. This Waiver is intended to be as broad as legally permitted under the laws of the State of Oregon.
